We were joined by MADACC, ArtWorks, and Associated Bank. Also present were several 4-legged friends (including our new buddy Rhett whose adoption information is listed here 👀 What is happening? In honor of the Pabst Theater Group's 20th anniversary and in partnership with Associated Bank, a limited number of Pabst Theater chairs are available for purchase with 100% of the proceeds supporting Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Center (MADACC) and ArtWorks for Milwaukee.   20 Years of Pabst Theater Okay, let's stop here for a minute. We've been booking/hosting concerts in Milwaukee now for 20 years?!?! That's…..   7300 Days! 175,000 hours, 240 months... And likely over 10,000 shows (and who knows how many beers) Why MADACC and ArtWorks? Pabst Theater Group CEO Gary Witt explains: "Over our twenty years, we've been very judicious about choosing who we'd like to work with as partners. We have a lot of work to do in Milwaukee. We can accept all the beauty and all the great things that we have all day long—but there's a lot to fix here. I can't think of any better way than to work with these two groups who do such great things for the city." 100% of all proceeds support homeless and mistreated animals in Milwaukee and paid arts internships for Milwaukee high school students. What comes next for the 20th Anniversary? Fun fact: The Pabst Theater is a National Historic Landmark, marking its outstanding historical significance. Despite challenges (not to mention the 1895 fire that started it all..) the theater has been maintained by countless caretakers over the years.  In 2002, Gary Witt took the helm. Thanks to The Pabst Theater's presence as an absolute institution, it has supported local artists and business, and brought traffic to the surrounding neighborhoods; Milwaukee has grown alongside The Pabst in the past twenty years.  We're so proud of the big 2-0, and can't wait to continue celebrating with you!    Here is your chance to own historic Pabst Theater chairs!
