Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons
The Riverside Theater
Oh, what a story. Frankie Valli, who came to fame in 1962 as the lead singer of the Four Seasons, is hotter than ever in the 21st century. Thanks to the volcanic success of the Tony-winning musical Jersey Boys, which chronicles the life and times of Frankie and his legendary group, such classic songs as "Big Girls Don't Cry," "Walk Like a Man," "Rag Doll," and "Can't Take My Eyes Off You" are all the rage all over again. There's something about Frankie's music that makes young people of every generation want to get up and dance.

Béla Fleck and The Flecktones
The OG line-up is BACK!
Groundbreaking banjoist, composer and bandleader, Béla Fleck has reconvened 'Béla Fleck & The Flecktones', with pianist/harmonica player Howard Levy back in the fold alongside Fleck, bassist Victor Wooten, and percussionist/ Drumitarist Roy "Futureman" Wooten. While all manners of genres come into play—from classical and jazz to bluegrass and African music to electric blues and Eastern European folk dances—the result is an impossible to pigeonhole sound all their own, a meeting of musical minds that remains, as ever, utterly indescribable. Simply put, it is The Flecktones, the music made only when these four individuals come together.

Turner Hall Ballroom
Over the past 20 years, The New Pornographers have proven themselves one of the most excellent bands in indie rock. They've constantly offered new sonic surprises with every album, and 'Continue as a Guest' is their greatest leap to date. The group's ninth album and first for Merge establishes them alongside modern luminaries like Yo La Tengo and Superchunk when it comes to their ability to evolve while still retaining what made them so special in the first place.

Terrible, Thanks For Asking
"Terrible, Thanks For Asking" is a podcast by author, reluctant grief expert, and generally pretty funny person Nora McInerny that lets people be honest about how they're really feeling. Sometimes that means: Depressed! Anxious! Stuck in an internet doomscrool! Sometimes it means: If I laugh any harder, I'm gonna bruise a rib! And often, it's a whole lot of both.
